Did you know that effective April 2008, all construction projects over 250,000 will need to produce a
Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP) for submission to the Local Authorities and Environment Agency?
This regulation aim is to increase recycling and prevent fly tipping. All projects will need to have a
designated Waste Manager and the principal contractor is responsible for the submission of the
